Tim leads Chetwoods’ Industrial Intensification group developing hybrid-use industrial sites in the UK and Europe. These include creating significant improvements in environmental performance for logistics hubs, multi-level and new use combinations for urban and last-mile logistics, and the pilot study for WELL standard industrial buildings. He is a member of the UK Green Building Council Leaders Forum.
