Tyler established Seaforth Land in 2015 with the mission to build Central London’s best commercial property development and investment company.
Seaforth is a regulated fiduciary built to serve institutional investors looking for full-life cycle investment, development and asset management with expertise in delivering highly sustainable, design-led, experiential and profitable developments in Zone 1 London.
Under Tyler’s leadership, Seaforth is already a recognised disruptor known for research-led investment coupled with innovative architecture and interior design. He has over 33 years of global real estate in North America, Asia, and Europe as a property developer, investment banker, investment manager, and a principal investor at both JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank - where he worked for his business partner in Seaforth, Kurt Roeloffs who serves as Seaforth’s Chairman. 
Prior to establishing Seaforth, Tyler was the founding CEO of Lodha UK where in his first year Tyler was ranked #35 in the “Estates Gazette UK Property Power List 50” and the business was awarded the Property Week Resi Deal of the Year for their acquisition of One Grosvenor Square. Tyler earned his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development at The University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy where he has served on their Board of Councillors for since 2010
