Working with Mikhail Riches, Expedition delivered the masterplan scheme for the Bridgewater Triangle, to provide 575 new homes under the Olympic Legacy Communities programme. The scheme is envisaged as a green island, surrounded by a network of waterways. Our focus was on realising the LLDC’s vision for resilient, green, low-carbon and affordable homes.

Expedition provided sustainability and energy strategies, engineering and construction advice, and carbon consultancy. The project includes a new landmark bridge, designed with William Matthews Associates.
