With its economic recovery action plan, Waltham Forest Council will help to re-open the borough and support businesses and high streets to do so safely. They will look to the future, to set out the measures they intend to take over the next year and beyond, working with partners to build their way to a better future.
Barts NHS, working closely with the council, plans to deliver a new state-of-the-art world class hospital at Whipps Cross, with plans for a new community, including circa 1,500 new homes, jobs, other health care facilities, a new High Street and a connected high quality public realm.
