The Earls Court Development Company (ECDC) are responsible for driving the development of the Earls Court site, providing new direction and the chance of new growth for local neighbourhoods. With an ambition to be a global exemplar of sustainability, Earls Court will be a neighborhood designed for all stages of life, bringing homes, workspace, culture, leisure, open space, and community uses within a landscape-led development.

Spaces are co-designed by a Public Realm Inclusivity Panel to ensure a sustainable and equitable place, successful for all in the long term. The scheme includes a series of Exhibition Gardens, 20 acres of public realm and over 1,000 new trees, Reflecting the legacy and history of the site, we will create a new west side story, putting Earls Court back on the map; it will be a place for everyone with consideration of diverse wants and needs. We will establish diverse cultural spaces showcasing local and global talent. There will be c. 200,000 sq ft of retail, dining and leisure spaces.
