A leafy street based urban neighbourhood with distinctive features; mixing conventional 3-bedroom terraced town houses, unusual 2 bed courtyard houses and 3 terraces of distinctive 1-bedroom houses.
The urban strategy of this project re-establishes historic connections through the site to create a better-connected neighbourhood, linking Charlton Village High Street and Fletching Road. It also utilises the great elevated views that the site has towards the city of London providing a great amenity and an improved sense of town scaping.
Robust, long-lasting materials have been used to ensure physical longevity and low maintenance requirements as well as long term financial viability.
