Andy Lum
A graduate from the Manchester School of Architecture, Andy is a project architect at Aldgate-based practice Child Graddon Lewis. He has extensive experience in the residential, healthcare and higher education sectors and recently-led the design and delivery of the multi-award-winning St Leonard’s Court in Hoxton for Hackney Council and Countryside.

The project forms part of Hackney’s estate regeneration programme, providing 71 high quality, mixed-tenure homes that offer a balance of city centre living whilst being surrounded by greenery. The variety and quality of the landscaped areas are key features; providing social spaces - shared by residents across all tenures - to enrich the experience of living within. Given such an urban site, these spaces provide an oasis of biodiversity for all living within the development.
