Ann-Marie is one of the UK’s leading experts on Passivhaus, zero carbon and retrofit design. She has worked on a number of innovative EnerPHit – the Passivhaus standard for retrofit – projects, including Ireland’s first EnerPHit building in 2011. Passionate about creating high performing, beautiful and healthy buildings, she has successfully delivered the award-winning and UK’s largest Passivhaus residential scheme, Agar Grove, as well as leading designs for the first Passivhaus schools in Scotland and a major retrofit EnerPHit informed programme for the City of Edinburgh Council.
