Anthony is Chief Operating Officer at Urbanest.  Urbanest develops and operates Purpose Built Student Accommodation across central London with 5,500 beds under management and one of the largest Passivhaus developments anywhere globally, currently under construction in Canary Wharf adding a further 1,700+ beds to the portfolio.  Urbanest works in direct partnership with London's globally renowned universities such as UCL, LSE and King's College London.  Anthony previously held the role of Development Director having joined the company 12 years ago from JLL.  Anthony spent his very enjoyable early years within the surveying industry at King Sturge.  In his earlier years at Urbanest, Anthony was instrumental in the creation of Urbanest's bursary programme that is run in partnership with Ark Schools and Academies.  Anthony enjoys his role as a mentor on the Reading Real Estate Mentoring Programme and represents Urbanest on the Opportunity London Steering Group.
