Bea has over 15 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams covering a broad range of project types and budgets including residential, mixed-use and urban masterplan. 

In recent years she has concentrated on the early phases of projects, managing the feasibility, design, and strategy stages of high value, mixed-use, residential schemes and urban masterplans. Bea is a member of the Merton Borough Council and London Borough of Wandsworth Design Review Panels.
