Christopher Schiele
As Associate Director in Turley’s London Planning team, Christopher benefits from experience advising clients on a wide range of major development and regeneration projects, and is the company’s Industrial & Logistics sector lead for the capital. 
 
He has a strong track record in identifying practical and innovative solutions for complex planning issues associated with the redevelopment of brownfield sites and advises public and private sector clients on large-scale residential-led mixed-use and/or industrial/logistics developments across London and the South-East. 
 
He oversees a number of major industrial/logistics-led developments within and outside the M25 for some of the largest developers in the industry ranging from single, flexible warehouse buildings to hybrid or co-location masterplans seeking to establish strategies which allow different land use typologies to co-exist.
