Emily is a Partner in the Construction team at Forsters. She has extensive experience in non-contentious construction matters, including drafting and negotiating building contracts, sub-contracts, forms of security, appointments and collateral warranties/third party rights. Emily advises clients in respect of all methods of procurement and works with JCT, FIDIC, NEC, MF/1 and bespoke forms of contract.
