Emma has worked at BAA for over 10 years and has gained extensive experience in the design and delivery of large complex schemes for the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors. As Associate Director, her role focuses on the design management of projects and co-ordination with the wider project design team. She leads BAA’s in-house ‘Work’ group dedicated to knowledge shares and best practice within the office sector. She has significant planning experience and uses her detailed understanding of process, regulations and timeframes to help clients navigate challenges and realise their project ambitions. 

Emma played a key part in securing planning for Graphite Square, a 300,000 sq ft mixed-use project in London’s Vauxhall.
