Geoff has over 25 years’ experience in property development and regeneration, having led on many transformative projects involving the construction of over 20,000 homes and multiple new mixed use spaces in London and the south east.

Over the last 10 years Geoff has also led construction teams including a modular housing factory, and joined Criterion Capital in 2022 from the housing association sector as managing director responsible for planning and development, construction and housebuilding. Geoff is a Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor.
