Iulia is an Associate at Fletcher Priest Architects with more than 14 years experience as an architect and urban designer. She has a strong design background and has worked on a number of high profile, large scale urban projects.

More recently, she has been central to the development of the second phase of the Oxford North masterplan, which delivered nearly a dozen of new planning consents in 2023 for life science buildings and associated public realm, landscape and infrastructure. The first phase of this innovation district is already under construction and will be completed in 2025.
