James is a Development Manager with over 10 year’s investment and development experience in office, retail and mixed use schemes in Central London and the UK.  At Land Securities he is responsible for the delivery of 260,000 sq ft offices at One New Street Square, as well as an office refurbishment in Holborn and a major planning application in Westminster.  His previous experience at DTZ, Thornfield and Hammerson has included Principal Place, Smithfield Market and Bishopsgate Goodsyard, and town centre schemes at Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes and Lakeside, Thurrock.
