John is both a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Town Planner; he joined Ballymore in 1998 and is Director of Town Planning.

John has managed the successful delivery of significant planning permissions for mixed-use on numerous large regeneration sites, particularly in East London. Prior to joining Ballymore, John worked for NHS Estates as Estates and Development Planning Manager for the North Thames region.
