Kate Neale leads the City of London Corporation’s net zero and climate resilience programmes. She and her team coordinate work across the Corporation to achieve net zero in operations by 2027, and in the value chain and Square Mile jurisdiction by 2040, while embedding climate resilience. Kate joined the Corporation with over a decade’s experience in property sustainability. Most recently, she created Cadogan Estate’s first sustainability strategy, encompassing net zero, climate risk, air quality, circular economy, water and greening, as well as employment & skills and social value.
