Kimberley Hopkins is the City and Planning Policy Team Leader at Westminster City Council, leading the team delivering the revised City Plan – the Council’s flagship new planning delivery vehicle. 

A geographer and town planner by training she specialises in housing policy, but offers technical professional advice on a wide range of planning policies. She is an example of home grown talent, having started her career at the council and risen up to team leader over the last twelve years. She is a chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
