Lalage Clay leads the Education and Talent team at London & Partners, the Mayor of London’s official business growth and promotional agency. The team works to attract international students to London’s universities, and to attract and retain high quality talent to London’s businesses.

Lalage trained in consumer marketing with Unilever and has worked in advertising, management consultancy and professional services. She spent nine years as head of communications at the Tech Partnership, before joining London & Partners in 2017.
