Lucy leads development projects across Mayfair and Belgravia.

 

She began her career in finance at Ernst and Young and since moving to Grosvenor, has had over 8 years of planning, property and development experience. She has a passion for inclusive design, public realm, placemaking and sensitively restoring buildings to bring them into modern day use.

 

Lucy’s recent experience includes the transformation of Eccleston Yards into a new community for wellness, leisure and beauty, obtaining planning consent for the South Molton Triangle and more recently re-developing an office building for co-working. She is currently working on the transformation of Grosvenor Square Gardens into an exemplar urban garden. 

 

Lucy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an alumni of the UK Green Building Council Future Leaders programme.
