Having held Senior Management and Director positions with some of the largest residential Developers in the UK, Matt has a wealth of development knowledge and experience with strong emphasis on project management, design, planning, legal contracts, commercial viability and joint venture projects. Matt joined Barratt in 2011 to manage a highly experienced team in acquiring new sites, obtaining planning approvals and heading complex joint venture development projects.
