With a background in architecture, Neil has over 30 years’ experience in managing mixed tenure housing projects in Birmingham and London.  Neil joined Swan Housing Association in 2014, and is currently responsible for one of east London’s most ambitious regeneration projects at Blackwall Reach.  Working in partnership with the GLA, Tower Hamlets Council, residents and other stakeholders, Blackwall reach is delivering 1,575 new homes across five phases as well as new commercial and community facilities.
