Paul is the Head of futureMerton, Merton Council's regeneration, placemaking and economic growth team.

Paul is leading on a range of strategic projects including Morden Housing Zone with the GLA and TfL, Merton Estates Regeneration Programme, Wimbledon Crossrail 2 and number of town centre public realm initiatives in Colliers Wood, Mitcham and Raynes Park.
