Roy’s responsibilities include Planning, Regeneration, Highways & Transport, Housing, Culture, Heritage and Property. 

He has developed and implemented a number of planning and regeneration strategies, and has led the Kingston Futures programme since its inception in 2013. He is a member of the South London Partnership Growth Board; their recently published Growth Proposition aims to unlock growth potential across the 5 partner Boroughs.
