Samantha moved into private practice following 20 years’ working in local government in London, most recently at the GLA, advising both the former and current Mayors on a wide range of referable, strategic applications. Her core area of expertise is on large-scale, residential and mixed-use regeneration projects in Central and Greater London with experience across all types and tenures of housing.
