Simon is responsible for overseeing the management and development of the GLA’s land and property portfolio (670 hectares); the GLA’s role on public sector land including the London Land Commission; and the management of all related procurement, including the London Development Panel.

Simon was previously Head of Area, South London at the GLA and before that at the Homes and Communities Agency.  Prior to joining the public sector in 2004, Simon was a consultant project manager for the Symonds Group.
