Thérèse Marie is Counsel in the Construction Disputes team at Forsters LLP.  She has 10 years’ experience advising developers, building owners, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants from the commercial real estate sector.  She has a particular interest and expertise in relation to building safety and regularly advises clients in respect of claims relating to the Building Safety Act 2022.  Her experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the built environment, and the legal considerations and consequences of policies and decisions for development and construction in London.
