Working across a wide range of projects in the education and higher education sectors, Xuhong is passionate about how light, form, materiality and colour affect our temporal experience and use of spaces.
 
Xuhong’s recent research has included investigating creative design approaches to natural and artificial light in buildings. Through conversations with different practitioners, case studies, digital modelling and real-life light tracking studies, her research has developed a better understand of the influence of light on occupant well-being.
