Zelie has involvement across multiple sectors, with particular experience on residential, student accommodation & mixed use developments within sensitive locations including CAs, green belt and MOL. 

Notable schemes include Wembley Greenway gaining permission for 639 student rooms across two buildings up to 22 storeys in height; Springfield Hospital Plots P, Q, G and F which gained permission for 253 homes partly within MOL, and Former Ladywell Leisure Centre for the delivery of 102 affordable homes. 

In terms of current projects, Zelie is working on the redevelopment of a safeguarded wharf, including the delivery of 1,365 PBSA units and 208 homes, and Blackwall Reach Phase 4a for the delivery of 452 homes across 4 buildings up to 39 storeys.
