Join this NLA Study Tour to hear from HB Reavis and Make Architects about Worship Square’s workspace, hospitality and wellness offering.
Perfectly located between London’s financial and tech districts of the City and Shoreditch, Worship Square provides a home for companies marking their London headquarters, alongside a spectrum of workspace offerings for companies of all sizes. This includes flexible Ready to Work office, and HubHub affordable co-working options. Worship Square is enhanced by its blend of hospitality and wellness offerings – from a rooftop terrace, in-house fitness studio, programme of events and other lifestyle amenities to satisfy today’s occupier needs for experiential spaces.

The 140,000-square-foot net-zero office building, has secured an EPC ‘A’ rating, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum. The development is targeting WELL Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5-star rating. The building's predicted base energy use intensity (EUI) is 52 kWh/m²/year (NIA), approximately 25% below the UK Green Building Council’s target for 2025-2030. Worship Square's upfront carbon emissions (A1–A5) are 480 kg CO₂/m² – over 50% lower than the LETI 2020 baseline for office buildings and about 20% below the GLA's aspirational target.

Awarded Decarbonisation Project of the Year at the GRI Awards Europe 2024, Worship Square is an all-electric building, featuring high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, smart energy management, and 71m2 of photovoltaic panels generating on-site renewable energy. It includes innovative, biophilic features such as the ‘green heart’ living lobby, rooftop terrace, urban allotments with an in-house wormery for composting and 3,200 plants across the building, carefully selected for their air-purifying capabilities. The building also offers live energy usage data to support enhanced Environmental, Social Governance (ESG) reporting.

Worship Square is a demonstration of HB Reavis’ success in pre-leasing buildings – with 98% of the available office space leased ahead of practical completion to global technology company Wise, economic consultancy Frontier Economics, and co-work HubHub.

*Whilst the building is accessible, tenant fit-out works are still happening so if any guests have access requirements, please do confirm prior to the event so that we will make appropriate arrangements.

Please note the capacity for this event is 30 and tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with a maximum of 2 per organisation.
