Danielle has been HR Director at NLA since 2015. 

 

Her role embraces all aspect of HR through policy, procedure and processes to support the NLA team . One of her favourite areas is the recruitment and retention of new team members, attracting new talent and charting their growth and develop through the organisation.

 

Having worked with NLA from it’s conception, Danielle initially worked within the events team as Event Director. Previous to this, she enjoyed many years supporting the delivery of the London Stand at MIPIM as Exhibition Director. 

 

Life before NLA and Pipers, Danielle qualified with a BA Social Science degree and on leaving university spent 3 years as an Account Director at Cyberscience, a software developer.
