As Director, Gaynor is responsible for the operating performance of the company and works closely with the Senior Management Team and Directors.  Gaynor has oversight of the HR, IT and Finance functions.  Gaynor joined NLA in April 2016, prior to which her career had been spent in the film, television and communications industries notably as CEO of UK Screen Association and as COO of The Listening Company.
