155 Bishopsgate forms part of the same building design as 135 next door and is currently being refurbihsed by Fletcher Priest Architects for British Land. The building was originally designed by SOM.

155 Bishopsgate faced similar challenges with its hostile and defensive frontage and public realm as 135 Bishopsgate next door. The project's unique challenge was to carry out the refurbishment while still occupied by half its tenants. A number of improvements to the ground floor, first floor, and half the office floors, including the addition of new hospitality spaces and cycle provision are underway with the new open and landscaped frontage continued from 135 Bishopsgate for the public to enjoy.
