A fully accessible community-oriented building on the boundary of the King's Cross masterplan with an innovative timber structure. It comprises a café, gym and creche, with a welcoming street presence
Part of the wider Kings Cross regeneration area, W3 is a community building, whose structure and main facades are all made from engineered timber. With an easily accessible café, a gym that focuses on group exercise and a creche the building it is an intergenerational well-being hub that is fully accessible to the wider urban area. The building’s main purpose is to encourage people to socialise, exercise and make use of space that was previously closed off for public use.
