David has been a Director of City Office Real Estate (CORE) since 2000, and was appointed Chief Executive in 2014. He started his career in the early 1980’s in private practice, and then was appointed Portfolio Manager at Norwich Union Real Estate (now Aviva).

Throughout his career, David has been responsible for a large number of significant development schemes in the City, usually from “cradle to grave”, covering all aspects of the development process. Recent projects he has led include Watermark Place and Finsbury Circus House in the City, and he is currently working on 10 Fenchurch Avenue in the City, and LSQ London, Leicester Square in the West End.
