Tom Copley is Deputy Mayor for Housing at the GLA. In April he set up the Covid-19 Housing Delivery Taskforce’ which reported its findings last week. He discusses with Peter Murray the wide range of measures highlighted by the Taskforce including council housebuilding, precision manufacturing and small sites.
