In the last year, we delivered the values of the New London Agenda, with the preparation of the Thames Road Vision, including a design code, and innovative consultation approaches. Through co-design with residents and stakeholders; a new spatial strategy for the Thames Road area, co-ordinated with infrastructure requirements has been delivered.

Collaboration to integrate regeneration, design, planning policy and economic viability seeks to attract investors to deliver over 3,500 new homes, 20,000 jobs, new parks, schools, community centres and health facilities. The project involved partnership working with NHS, Council Education and Parks teams, TfL, Barking Riverside, Thames Freeport and private developers.
