NLA is the membership organisation for the built environment in London. We work with some of the most recognisable organisations across the built environment — including developers, architects, engineers, planners, investors and public-sector bodies — many of whom are shaping cities in the UK and around the world.
Through insight, learning, debate and high-profile programmes, NLA convenes senior leaders and organisations to drive better outcomes for London and beyond. Our membership spans large organisations through to individuals and small practices, united by a shared interest in the built environment.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and drive membership growth through acquisition, conversion and retention.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone with strong digital marketing skills and a commercial mindset.
What you’ll do:
· Plan and execute digital campaigns to attract new organisations and business members across the built environment sector
· Own the marketing acquisition funnel and support conversion with sales
· Deliver email and digital journeys to boost engagement and retention
· Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta
· Track and report on performance metrics including MQLs, conversion rates, and retention
What we’re looking for:
· Proven experience in digital/growth/performance marketing
· Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads
· Strong email marketing skills (HubSpot experience preferred)
· Data-driven approach with a focus on acquisition and retention
· Experience in membership or subscription-based businesses (desirable)
