Adam joined Peabody in 2018 as an architect specialising in masterplanning. He leads regeneration and sustainability initiatives across Thamesmead, securing an outline masterplan for the Lesnes Estate and a successful resident ballot. Adam is committed to decarbonising Thamesmead’s existing housing stock and is currently pursuing low-carbon heating and retrofit strategies for thousands of homes in the area. He also shapes public realm projects, delivers active travel initiatives, and develops placemaking tools to improve how we work.
