Adriana is an expert leader in culture-led regeneration. A public speaker, mentor and author, she is an advocate for culture in cities and known for embedding long-term cultural initiatives in collaboration with local communities.

She delivered 26 public art commissions in the Olympic Park as it was built, secured the retention of artist studios in Hackney Wick through LLDC’s Local Plan, and is developing Thamesmead as a new creative destination as part of Peabody’s 30 year vision.

As Head of Cultural Strategy for Peabody, London’s oldest housing association, she is also delivering cultural initiatives across the capital including Nine Elms and former Holloway Prison.
