Alan Holland is the Business Unit Director for SEGRO's Greater London portfolio. With a market value of over £2.4bn, it includes over 450 customers from sectors as diverse as aviation, retail and logistics and spans over 60 Greater London locations.

Historically concentrated in Park Royal and Heathrow, the portfolio has recently expanded its urban logistics and light industrial footprint in North and East London. Alan is a Chartered Surveyor with over 17 years' real estate experience in the industrial and logistics markets.
