Alan works in economic development and regeneration having completed a Masters Degree in Local Economic Development specialising in skills, vocational education, employment and the labour market.
He has broad experience in the public and private sectors serving at board level as director and head of economic regeneration services.
In 2015 Alan was seconded to the Greater London Authority as senior policy lead to the Mayor on skills, employment, SMEs, the London Living Wage and the London Enterprise Action Partnership.
