Waltham Forest is a vibrant outer London Borough with shovel ready sites and well-developed plans on how to secure and deliver growth in the borough. New development focuses on four key growth areas: Walthamstow, Wood Street, Blackhorse Lane and Lea Valley Eastside. Our latest proposals in the Lea Valley Eastside Vision, a regeneration scheme equivalent in size to the City of London, will see delivery of nearly 4,500 new homes, 300,000m² of commercial floor space, significant improvements to infrastructure and the creation of new facilities and communities.
With acres of green space, ambitious plans for growth, excellent transport connections and award winning schemes, Waltham Forest is an East London development hot spot. The premise of our plans is to create communities that help residents live a quality life through the delivery of quality new homes, jobs and social infrastructure, culture and commercial space.
