Albena is both a talented architect and an energetic advocate for positive change within the architecture education, and across the wider industry. Over the past ten years, she has helped set up Architectural Apprenticeships, regularly chairs RIBA validation boards for schools of architecture in the UK and abroad, and is a member of the RIBA Education Development group. She is one of the founding board members of the Young Architects and Developers Alliance (YADA), championing stories of collaborative project teams, new working methodologies and drivers of business success within the construction industry.
