Alex is Head of Partnerships at Poplar HARCA and co-leads Accents, an award-winning regeneration and placemaking team embedded within the organisation.

His work focuses on creating socio-economic and sustainability strategies and projects which deliver meaningful, long-term opportunities for Poplar and its communities. 

Before Poplar HARCA, Alex spent five years at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, delivering its London 2012 programme and leading various town centre and estate regeneration schemes.

He is a Trustee for the charity Barking and Dagenham Giving and an alumni of the National Graduate Development Programme for Local Government.
