Alexander joined Hines in 2008 and focuses on investment and development projects in the UK, principally in London.

He has led the acquisition of over £600m of assets across the risk spectrum from core to ground-up development, while also serving as the Project Director for the 280 High Holborn, a mixed-use development in Midtown.  Prior to joining Hines, Alexander spent five years at the Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Paris, France and Genoa, Italy.  He obtained a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and also holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University.
