Alice Dale is the Communications Manager for the London Property Alliance (LPA) and leads the LPA’s NextGen programme. Alice has led on key workstreams including the Diversifying Real Estate Guidebook: Faith & Religion; the final instalment of a NextGen project on practical steps the real estate industry can make to be more diverse and inclusive, and the forthcoming report AI & the Built Environment which explores the effect that AI will have on roles and responsibilities in the property sector. Alice works closely with the Committees to deliver an impactful series of seminars, receptions and walking tours to promote NextGen thought leadership to the Alliance’s network.
