Alice is an Associate at Allies and Morrison with an urban design and planning background.

She is a Chartered Town Planner with over ten years experience specialising in interdisciplinary projects at the interface between masterplanning, design and planning.

Alice typically works on a wide range of projects from Supplementary Planning Documents, smaller scale site briefs and masterplanning through to town-wide characterisation, visioning publications and research projects. All of these projects involve bespoke consultation and engagement to ensure meaningful conversations about design, character and development are part of the process.

Alice is currently working for the London Borough of Hounslow on a set of town centre masterplans and for Elmbridge Borough Council on a borough-wide design code.
