Alison designs and delivers civil engineering solutions for underground infrastructure projects.

On Crossrail she was the Design Lead for the Arup-Atkins JV team for tunnel design and impact assessments for the Central Tunnel Section, and was subsequently seconded into Crossrail as the Engineering Manager responsible for the major civil tunnel works for two stations; Liverpool Street and Whitechapel.
